Some love is infinite.

"Don’t have a best friend that’s a girl" — this was the advice from my older cousin. I didn’t take it. Because he followed with, "friends don’t f*ck friends. And you’ll want to f*ck her."

It was terrible advice.

My cousin should’ve told me that being best friends with Baylee Wright — since she was twelve — would be the best and worst decision of my life.

He should have told me to protect her from what was coming.

He should have told me that when a darkness crawled towards us, there’d be no safety net.

Now I’ve signed back on to the same Vegas acrobatic show as Baylee, working together for the first time in years. And she tells me that she’s having trouble in a certain “area” of her life — because of our past.

“You can help me fix it,” she says.

And then she hands me a list.

There's nothing quite like picking up a Ritchie twins book and falling immensely in love with their writing and characters all over again. Reading their work is like me going on a wonderful first date - having the nervous fluttery feels yet giddy with excitement, which then leads me to wishful thinking that this date will never end. Infini has given me just that and so much more beyond my wildest expectations. To the Ritchie twins, you've outdone yourself once again!

Infini, being the second book to the Aerial Ethereal series, can be read as a standalone as it tells the story of Luka Kotova and Baylee Wright. We've met the Kotova family in the first book, Amour Amour and while it's not necessary to read the that prior to this one, I'd highly recommend you to do so! Trust me, you'll want to have the full Kotova experience once you start venturing into this series.

Luka and Baylee, both being performers - have been friends turned lovers in their early teens. However when a tragic twist of fate forced them apart, they both went their separate ways taking on different performing acts...until recently. A major revamp of one of the performing company's act has brought their paths colliding again but with a dreadful fate that hangs over them, they must decide if their love is worth fighting for.

"Some love is infinite. And I'm going to help you fight for yours."

I can't even begin to tell you how much this read had me overcome with emotions. Honestly you'd think by now after reading every single of the Ritchie books, I would have been prepared to be hit with a tidal of feels but boy am I wrong. Luka & Baylee's story just made my heart filled with so much love. It also made me weep at the pain and the struggles they had to overcome. The book was angsty in all the right ways that had me holding my breath as I root for their love to prevail.

"It's forever kind of love, and I'm not letting go. I can't let go."

And of course, let's not forget the amazing side characters that continues to grace the story throughout which makes this read so wholesome and choked full of varying emotions. The Ritchie twins never fail to strike perfection in making each of their character (main or side) be well developed and gifting them with unique personalities that balance the entire dynamics. I've probably lost count on how much I was between tears and smiles as I read scenes between Katya/Luka/Timo or Sergei/Luka or Baylee/Katya and I could pretty much go on forever with the pairings.

"The love we carry for each other is the strongest and most vulnerable place in us all."

Honestly guys, if you haven't pick up a Ritchie twins book yet - I cannot urge you enough to get onto it! There's just SO much to love about each read they've put out. From the romance to the storyline and the values you can take away from them, I simply cannot get enough. If you're a fan of forbidden romance with angst, Infini is the perfect book for you.
